Depends on whether I'm working or not, my alt and I change shapes frequently when working on animations. Otherwise it's just clunky old me.

Never really. i have adapted my original newb shape into this one and I like the way i look.
i will very occasionally change my hip/waist size to fit an attachment, or change my bum to fit a skirt but that is very, very rare - and i always change back. The only changes i have made in the past month is to make me a bit taller. i was only 5'7'' and it wasn't practical. People kept calling me a child when I wore my cute valentines dress and stuff. Plus i looked ridiculous dancing with someone - i used to float about 2 feet off the ground lol. I just gave in and went up to 5'10''ish.

Never. I don't even change clothes but maybe every few weeks, and only then if my default beach gear is too casual for going some particular place...

will spend a week, give or take a day, as a reg skin, another week, a pale character, a canine avie or some abstract, then start over again, w/e the mood or activities are.
Is that the same?

Varies...sometimes I'll not change for a week or two, and then I'll have days where I've changed 15-20 times or more...
Honestly, my nice human skin is kind of unused - I'm trying not to get it all stretched out and wrinkly, I guess...I take it out for special occasions...

I have a little robot tiny that I sometimes use when I want to be very different from the norm. He / I / it draws a little attention, but I rarely want that. Once a month or so, so that's 0.0333 times per day. I'm not really into being tiny -- it's just a cool little enigmatic robot thing.
I do tweak my hair and outfits a lot for an otherwise average guy though.

I often like to fly around in my Raven avatar, but not everyday. It makes me feel free and, to some extent, incognito. I hardly ever fly in human form - don't know why. I wish I could find a Hawk avatar...
