A long time ago I think I saw that. I'd try reinstalling if it persists. Considering the nature of the error that's probably the quick fix.

I've gotten that a few times. Usually a glitch. Wait a couple of minutes and try again. If persistent, contact support.

I had this same problem earlier tonight. Nothing resolved it until I went into chat with support.
Thank God for concierge level support.
BTW, if you look close at the error message, that last word is "manage."

Wondering if this server specific or what. I've been trying to logon last 20mins. I have Apple G5, I trashed my Plist file and reinstalled from image file of current software version but no dice.

I just remembered that premium account holders should have live chat help, so I just used lived chat.
The person with whom I spoke said that there is a technical issue with their version manager that they are working on.
So it's a problem on their end, of which they are aware and trying to fix.
The chat support person suggested I try logging in again in 1 to 2 hours.

Been 3 months and I have yet to have my problem or Ticket even looked at.
Concerning the problem with the manager yeah new one on me as well and I cannot log in no matter what.

Just had the same problem. It sent me a 404 page in the SL browser so from there I was able to browse to the forums from inside the sl broswer (Sense they switched logins into the new web form) kinda funny

I received it yesterday trying to TP to one SIM. Tried to TP to another and it was AOK. Perhaps when you try to login - do it to another SIM?
