Retriving Group Proposal votes?

Our group has sent out a proposal that we all submitted a yes or no Vote on. The problem is...we can't figure out how to retrive the votes from the whole group. I have searched everywhere and still cannot find any answers. Can anyone here help us? Thank you in advance

I'm hoping someone may know the answer to this question?

Open the Group Info Window, go to the Proposals tab and highlight the proposal in question in the Group Voting History window. You may have to click somewhere in the window before the list appears. The 'View Item' button should become active; click it and the summary and vote totals will appear.

Ann, (Belle and I are in the same group) I did exactly as you instructed and there are no archived proposals. I have done two, and both of them sent the "Cliothe Luo is proposing blah, blah, blah" and everyone had the option to vote and did so. But when the voting period ended, poof!, there's no evidence that it ever happened. Clearly I'm doing something wrong, but what? I can see archived proposals in other groups that I'm in just fine.

I haven't been able to find anything (here, Google, etc) that describes how a group proposal works other than to say, "group proposals allow the group to vote....."

I don't know. I tried it on several groups that I belong to and it pulled all their proposals up.

The only thing I did notice is that the list didn't always automatically populate...I had to click on the window and wait a minute.

Thanks. I tried another test proposal tonight and this time I'm noticing an icon that looks like a cassette tape next to the item in the "active proposals" list .... I dont remember seeing that before. Maybe that's a good sign?
