A little help with inventory loss?

Hey all, as of tonight, my girlfriend had another inventory loss of over five thousand items. All of her pictures/textures are gone, her sounds, her clothing, her calling cards, and many expensive things I've bought for her. Her first loss was the same thing, over five thousand items gone, mainly her textures/calling cards and such. If I remember correctly, her calling cards and a few items returned last time, but nothing near what she had. I've never experienced inventory loss like this before, and honestly, it gets me a little riled up, seeing thousands of dollar's worth of things to just disappear. We tried clearing her cache, and she's already sent a ticket to LL about the first loss, but really, this is getting ridiculous.

That's good to know ... what does it mean when it says "log out and cache your inventory"?

It means just that, check the setting under preferences/network to "clear cache"... then log out and back in again.

ah ok, "clear cache". That's sort of the opposite of what it actually says.
