SL B-DAY on june 23. DEAR RESIDENTS 6 years b-day ? CELEBRATE THE FUTURE ??? YEAH , THEIR FUTURE...not ours. plz provide a HUGH PROTEST DEMOSTRATION!!! where is our MONEY going to... WE NEED NEW SERVERS, BETTER SERVER & NETWORK SPECIALIST not BIGGER CARS & HOUSES FOR THE “LINDENS” cant y’all all see that the FUCK YA??? WHY you as a SL-resident DONT move your ass and PROTEST for you money u pay every week /month... feedback welcome. (here my mail/replay for the INVITE of SL B-DAY ) so, is this the FUTURE for y’all??? all crashes...bugs... “new viewer update” and has 1000 more bugs??? i pay 72 US for premium... 27500 L for an 1/3 SIM to provide our stuff, but y’all are also RL losers... there are soo many ppl MAD about your shit ....i’m NET & server specialist , webmaster &&& but WTF are IS YOUR FUTURE?? get a BIGGER CAR, BIGGER HOUSE , BOAT??? you dont really care about us small users... and watch out for OUR B-DAY present  rmb OPEN SIM STORY... we also where there, when u KICKED US OF from our DREAMs & HOPES... so, see y’all on june 23. and see what we have for you |

Every game has its issues, every MMO game out there has had some kind of issue with connectivity, servers, and logins. Linden Lab is no different.
And I'm sure the other customers using the same facility are also having problems of their own due to the power issues.
Heck, when I first hit the grid I had 26400 baud dial-up through CompuServe, things were bad then during Second Life's closed beta period even worse on dial-up. When Adelphia offered cable high speed internet they had their own rocky start.
Just be glad the days of spending $10 lindens to rez a prim are history. $10 lindens to rez a prim and a $1 linden tax per week per prim out in world. Ahh memories...
So sit back, relax and wait for the issues to be resolved.

Yes, but most MMOs don't ignore massive issues to release more "fluff". It's been years since group chat and the alpha texture issues have started, and they still aren't fixed. I call bullshit on LL being no different. Hell, they even recognized that group chat was broken but don't intend to release a fix for a few weeks, because they have other things to release that are more important, apparently.

Easy solution Frank click on the red X in the corner then go to control panel on your computer and click the add/remove section and look for Second life. Click remove and problem solved.
No one forces you to pay what you pay and a bit like RL if you go to a business and are not happy do you go back week after week ? I bet you dont, you take your business elsewhere.
Yes LL are not perfect and no one is happy with all they do but if it bugs you so much please do as I suggested above and you will find your stress level will be reduced

OP, how do you propose to host a huge demonstration when you can only get 100 people in a region at any one time and long before then the lag kicks in? What sort of numbers are you looking to attract here and what exactly is the format for your proposed demonstration?
If it involves not participating in the birthday celebrations, but staying at home and running a business that makes me a shed load money whilst simultaneously thanking LL for the opportunity…. then I am right there with you buddy, birthday boycott, sign me up.

We can actively *taunt* him. You know, egg him on:

I mean, he's "NET & server specialist , webmaster &&&"--as if you couldn't tell by the funkadelic capitalizatation. Loosing one of those on LL's sims could be amusing.

Only reason that is history was because of massive civil disobedience. My old avi still has a tea chest in inventory I think. Won't work now. LL made sure of that.
