I usually cash out Lindens when it comes time to pay tier or account fees but I forgot to this time and my tier was due on Thursday. It still shows the balance due in red. I assumed they would take it from my CC on file if I didn't cash out L to pay for it. Does it just take a few days or should I cash out L anyway? I was worried if I tried to cash out to bring the balance positive that I would get charged twice if they had already started to process my CC for it. Should I just wait it out, I don't want something to go wrong and LL takes my land. I haven't received an e-mail or anything about it being due.

They took it from your credit card. They shouldn't double bill you if you buy more $L now, but knowing them anything is possible.

It usually shows in red if they weren't able to process your card payment. If you have the L$ convert do that. Otherwise try re-entering your card details.

What is the actual balance on your account page? Do you have a way of checking to see if they billed your card?

Yeah I checked my account and I actually have paypal set up as default method not CC, It wasn't charged to paypal or to the CC I have on file. I went into update payment method on paypal and re-did the agreement thing then it took me back to secondlife.com and said the paypal account had an error and was restricted. Frustration set in so I went into my CC details and re-did that one too. That one went through fine, but its still showing my balance is negative.
Still frustrated I logged into an alt account who has the same payment details on file, paypal as default. I bought a few bucks worth of L to see if it would work and it went through fine. The tier is just $75...so thats what its showing negative. I can just cash the L out of my in world balance but now I'm thinking something is bound to go wrong there too.

[RESOLVED] I called the billing dept. and the operator I spoke to told me they were having a few problems with their automatic billing system (imagine that?!) and it was not taking the charges off some accounts. He sent the payment through while we were on the phone and when I reloaded the page the negative balance was gone. Thanks for everyone's input, I need to remember to sell my lindens onto my US balance before tier day arrives for now on

Maybe it's all the money the US spends on wars.
