One of my friend who has a basic account is having problems accessing the forums. She gets a 50 something error, I think it was 503. I can access the forum with my account from her comp with no problems, what would cause this?

Although the forums seem to running well at the moment, many of us were getting 503s and other errors last week, like almost every other click. Either that, or just never loading. My guess is that your friend was trying during this period. Have her try again now that the forums are working again, and let us know if she gets in or not.  |

The forum was having issues on Friday as well...very slow at times and some recurrence of the errors we had last week, although not to the same extent.

ok thank you i will tell her to try again. This did happen on friday and yesterday although she only tried once yesterday and gave up.

For what it's worth, and I realize this is a different issue, although similar, I have a friend who has a Premium account (has since February) and he can't post to the forums at all. He's logged I don't know how many support tickets, none of which are resolved.
I'd ask if anyone else is having this problem, but they can't respond, so it's a little moot. ha ha.
