Seriously, i dont even know, how you can walk into those laggy places, anyway story is: i got a Man only store, and i asked a friend of mine where i could find a sim where i could put a satelite store, to make people to know about my store, he told me to try Le Look and Sleek, i tped there and the lag waas awfull, now tell me is it worth it? is it worth to even try to get a store in one of those sims?

if u know any cool places please share, im lookign for as many rental shops spaces as i can get

If the lag is consistently bad, then it is not worth trying to put a store there and subjecting your customers to that. Lag can also have a very negative affect on your vendors, increasing the potential for failed transactions and deliveries.

As for good places to set up a store, take a look at any of the Lionheart sims. There's a number of commercial parcels available, and the lag is usually pretty well controlled there.
