when purchasing an island it ask for region and estate name what is the differance and which is hte island name ?

I am the last person to ask about land stuff... All I know is that region=sim and you can see the name on your map. Doesn't help, I know, but *BUMP

Region is the name of the sim.
Estate is the name you want your group of sims to belong to so that you can manage things all at once. (Ban someone from all sims you own, etc)
