If you have "Payment info on file" , I found this weird cause the ones had that cant get in and the ones that had "No payment on file" could get in. Do you think that it is as simple as that kinda theory or is it a coincidence?

Earlier it was discussed it had more to do with the dates that your alt was created. That would determine which server your inventory is located on. As a general rule, the older the av the more likely to get on since those were the servers least likely to be affected.

alts born before about may 2007 can get in any after that can't. I know because I have SIX.
