Anyone know how I can get my money back? I was charged three times for one 512 plot this morning, and I cant get any help or support from SL. I tried calling their 1800 number but I couldnt get anyone to pick up. No idea what to do. I msged the original seller and he was online but unresponsive....

Actually, i'm at the land plot now, and I didnt even get one 512. So I paid 3198 three times on one plot and didnt even get that one plot. WTF????

Yes, it shows in my transaction history. But, unlike with other sales, there isnt another block with it saying where the transaction took place.

Have you submitted a support ticket? They often take a few days to get to them, but at least you are in the system. And don't be discouraged if the first response is a simple form letter that doesn't help... just re-open the ticket (not a new one) and explain why the form letter resolutions do not solve the problem.
From what I've heard here, you probably won't get the land, but your money should get returned to you.

Go to the support portal, choose the Solution Finder, keep telling it the stuff does not answer your question, do the search when it asks, keep telling it the stuff does not answer your question, and in about 7-10 steps total, you will finally be given a page with links to various types of Live Chat. |
