How do you find interesting places to visit?

I know there are some groups that offer landmarks to interesting builds every week or so. Most of those I joined seem to be dead. Anyone know any active landmark/exploration groups?

If not, how do you find neat places to explore?

Every week or two, we get a new thread here asking about places to visit for different reasons - cool builds, romantic, certain types of dancing, etc... I simply bookmark those threads and/or make notes on a notecard that I keep in my landmark folder. So far I've not exhausted those lists.

You can try searching this forum or someone will come along soon and post links to some of the old threads.
