I formed a group and made someone a Owner just like me. I now want to remove this person but cannot.
How do I delete the entire group and start a new one?

Star Don't think you even can delete it with another owner in the group. The other person has to give up there owner rights you cannot remove owner rights from somebody else I think |

only possibility would be to leave the group ands if the other person didnt notice or get another member in a couple days LL would remove the group

You can't remove another owner.
Kick all other member out of the group (except this other owner, of course). Close enrollment. Make group not show in search. Leave group. Pray that the other owner won't invite someone else into the group.
The group has 48 hrs to enroll a second member or it gets deleted.
You can't reuse the same group name, ever again.
