Ok, I bought a house a few months back, the creator has made some upgrades to it. To get this upgrade I have to provide her with the transaction number.
I don’t' seem to be able to download transactions any older than one month.
It says "For a complete list of transactions please Download the XLS file" but that just gives me yesterdays transactions.
Is there anyway to go back further than one month or no??
Thanks

Really, that's so dumb
So one should diligently print off all transactions each month before they are lost forever........oh well, lucky it wasn't for something really important

You could look up the date that you got it - it's on the Properties I believe - when u look at it in ur Inventory - then send her the date and ur name. If she is any kind of a biz owner she did download the transactions and can look you up assuming she wants to be helpful, I would.

It's only one wall colour that's changed and something to do with the pool water, no big deal really.

From: Bella Posaner Ok, I bought a house a few months back, the creator has made some upgrades to it. To get this upgrade I have to provide her with the transaction number. ... Don't all creators know that Transaction History only stays for a month and that most non-creators probably do not download their transactions and most of us also do not record transaction numbers for our purchases? Seems like an odd request from the creator. I could see wanting the number to easily look up and verify something that happened recently, but this creator could be dealing with people that bought the house quite a while ago.

Is it just me but the object tab that has dates is always changing and never stays the same it just shows last rezz date for me, Anyone else? The person if she or he was running business not some hobby should have saved data of whom bought things and sent the updates to the people who bought it in my opinion if they want you to care about their product.

Personally I download the XLS file daily and keep all of them, have records back to 2005, if the OP were to provide a transaction number how is this creator to verify it if he/she also does not have records going back beyond a month? Assuming this creator offers to freely upgrade items to the newer version, and the item is no-trans so cannot be returned for exchange(as Im assuming this is), I would have thought it prudent to keep sales records, if not you are open to being scammed.

The other way you can prove you have the house is to either rez it in front of her, or tell her a location where it is rezzed so she can come inspect it and verify you are the owner.
