Happened twice today, even if I wasn't logged in b4 that.
Known isssue?

Possibly. They're still rolling out the Mono server version, I think, so if one happens to TP into a region that's about to be restarted, one might miss all the warning notices about the region going down for maintenance (or whatever they say). I'm a little surprised, though, that the very first logout message is talking about how long before the account will be available again. That seems unfamiliar.  |

I was waiting for that 4-5mins to pass but i got other 5min prolongment (twice).

Actually, I'm online. System is trying to log me out but seems it can't. Went online with other avi, and saw my avi online in an undefined region. I'm reciving payments but can't login or logout.

Known isssue? Could be to with the rollout and also the account not available happens when the system thinks you are still logged in  If you keep trying to relog and ignore the message u will get let back on HTH

Try sending IMs with your alt to your main account, that often lets the system know you aren't there.

Update 2008-08-25 11:38AM : Approximately 1/10 of the grid is now running 1.24.1.
Update 2008-08-25 05:11PM : We are still investigating some of the crash modes we’ve seen in 1.24.1, and will not be deploying 1.24 on any further regions tomorrow. On the morning of Tuesday, August 26, it is likely that all regions currently on 1.24.1 will receive a rolling restart to deploy a patched version (1.24.2). Updates will be posted here as they become available.

I managed to login after i changed pass but when I logout i had same thing again. Now even pass changing doesn't help. It keeps giving me new future time when my acc will be available and my avatar is still online. Perhaps is new deployment.

What is was is simply what it was. The connection of the avatar to SL wasn't terminated with the quit, so there was a ghost standing blankly at some point in the world.
What LL probably did was kick the connection, which allowed you to log in. If I encounter this, I usually reboot any modem and router connected to the computer to see if I can shake it loose on my end.

I had this a couple of weeks ago. Turned out to be a belly ring I had just put on. Sometimes an attachment can go screwy, and get you stuck in the system. After a Linden asked me to get naked (!!!) everything was fine.
