Does anyone know how to exchange L$ for cash and have it go into PayPal from SL?

Yup.
1. Sell L$ on the LindeX.
2. In the Account Page, you will have two values: one for your USD balance, and one for your L$ balance. Click on "Process Credit" next to the USD Balance.
3. Specify your PayPal account, the amount to process, etc. LL charges a USD 1 fee to send money to your PayPal account.
That's it! Easy peasy.

Also, it will take a few business days to process and then you'll still need to go to your PayPal account to release the funds if you want them to go back to your bank account.
