Ever since I entered some random sim, this has been happening. They're almost like beacons - red green and blue, circular, pyramidal shapes that only I can see are emitted from my avatar, and red ones come from the environment, and random objects. I know they're not made by other users because nobody else can see them - they're part of the client.

You enabled Updates in your Client menu. Prolly by shortcut keys.
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D to enable the client/server debug menus (if you hadn't already). Look for something to do with Updates and uncheck it. Or jsut relog. The setting clears on every login. ~Jessy _____________________

It is called "Show Updates" Ctrl-alt-shift-U.
I wonder why this one is always the one that seem to cause people issue. I wonder if there is a bug somewhere that turns this feature on. _____________________
