I'm having an issue where anything that moves produces color bars while it moves. For example, when I open a door, I see a blue blur. When my gf's hair moves, I see red blurs. A running shower almost constantly displays green blurs.
I tried turning particles off, but then I don't see fountain water, smoke, etc.
I'm thinking I must have "X"ed something in my menus somewhere that's caused this, as it only happened in the last day or so. If anyone can help me, it would be most appreciated.

Advanced/Show Updates (CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+U).
What you're seeing is a visualization of the update packets sent from the server to your client.
