We'd like to offer gift certificates for our products. However, there are 2 people who create and sell products. I was thinking the easy way to do it is to have notecards transferrable only that someone buys for the amount. But not sure how that would work if there are 2 people selling products.
Anyone have an easier option to gift certificates? Or maybe a better way to do what I was originally thinking?

I never got Gift Certificates in RL, so not sure of the purpose (I always jsut give cash in those cases).
However, if you want to have it so people can buy NoTransfer items for others, then there are several vendors for sale out there that do this already (or you can script such yourself if you have that talent). I use Moopf's Gift Vendors and have no problems at all.

I have no idea how it's done, but I have purchased gift certificates in stores. They are great! One store that has them is Coconut on Butterfly Island. The recipient has to wear the gift certificate to buy what she wants, and it's all automatic.
