Hello, I have a group member that says he's being charged a group maintenance fee. First 6 lindens now this month 20l. Our land is group owned, no one else is getting this charge. I have the group set to open enrollment. He says my group isnt the only one doing this. I have made it right but cant keep paying this member back. Do I eject him with the option of joining again since this may be a glitch? Or is there some setting I am missing. He also has no special group roles. Thankyou so much

Check the everyone role, by default everyone pays and receives group liabilities. Therefore anyone in the everyone role will by default be charged.

No problem, it's on by defaut. Personally I don't think a financial setting like that should be on by default for everyone (obviously it should be on for group owners). Many people get tripped up with this one.

I agree it shouldn't be set by default. Because if you sale land deeded to group the money gets split between all members. My Partner learned that lesson the hard way when she was new to SL.
