Xstreet Traffic

Has anyone noticed their Xstreet traffic going in the dumper since the "switch over" to adult a couple days ago? Before the 16th I was averaging just over 5 viewers per day but in the last 3 days I've had 1 viewer despite putting 2 new items up. I can sort of understand my parcel traffic going from around 12 per day down to 2 per day since the official switch over, but I'm a little confused about why the two would both drop at the same time. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this too.

September has been pretty stable for me. August was bad, I was under 10 views a day on average, but September is up over 20 with a couple of 100 view days mixed in.

No changes experienced here. My average is around 60, but I do run 5 homepage featured items (of which 3 adult ones). Did not experience much of a change with the new website design, neither with the switch to adult.

What effect would that have on XStreet anyway? They already had adult separated from the rest?

the upshot is new releases will get more of a view plus search and the popular items will no longer be so completely skewed with cheap items and that people will redirect to the marketplace home rather than the freebies (I think that's where they're going)

It means the pg stuff will become more visible - adult is doomed to wither though. Although in the great scheme of things at least xsl acknowledges they have mature stuff and have a link for all to see - that's more than inworld

Thank you for the link Couldbe.... that might help a lot I think. After spending 45 minutes seeing exactly where my items showed up became obvious there was a problem with people gamming the listings.
