Cant get Lindens

What am I going to do? I keep trying to buy Lindens like I usually do. But it keeps telling me:
We are unable to complete your request.
• Could not charge account.
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again.
I checked and even er put my card number and info in again. Tried ti so many times teh card company called me to tell me lol. I assured them it was me.
Any ideas?

I had the same problem yesterday. It is part of the 503 erros the site has been getting.
I finally got them on line on this website. Just go to Secondlife.com and hit the big "Buy Lindens" button at the top of the page.
Once you get past all the 503 errors, the money shows up in game withion seconds.

I had the same problem yesterday. Even on the website, it took multiple tries, and a LOOOONNNGGG time to finally complete the purchase.
Lindens, never stand between a woman and her shopping! GRRRR!
Seriously, if I were a merchant, I'd be really annoyed by this problem. Lot's of us just buy Lindens to shop with, and if we're not able to do so, there goes the sale....

I had that problem, and problem buying land, it gets a little unnerving when your talking about 40k.

LL has to be losing potential business with these interruptions.
I know I'm second guessing much continued involvement in SL due to the duration of these outages. Its not a good first impression for me, but I'm willing to overlook it for now due to the fact that I'm new and SL has been around for a while.
If it continues much longer though...

I had this exact same problem, and submitted a support ticket on it. Stan Linden responded fairly quickly and advised me to delete my credit card information and re-enter it. I did, and it worked like a charm.

They are working on a problem for me right now. Twice on the 29th I tried to buy linden and to no avail. Today i check my bank account and it has indeed been debited both times. I've asked them to either credit the L i was charged for or to refund the money.
