Can someone please help cant log in

Everytime i try to log in i get a message saying "Login in failed, Unable to connect to a simulator" i have tried logging in to a diff location but this does not solve it! This only happens with this account i made a new account to see and it logged in fine. Can some one plllllllllllllllllzzz tell me how to fix this.

P.S i have not gone on sl for a year or so and it is not deactivated

1. Are you using a current LL client?
2. Your home sim may no longer exist. Open prefs and enable login location selector. In login location selector pick the option to enter the region and type some random characters. This will force SL to choose a random welcome area. This should fix you up.
