If one stored the bits needed to record new user warning dialog status in an space efficient binary manner, i.e., one bit for "Warned about building", one bit for "Warning about spending", etc., for every single SL account ever created, how much storage space would that take?

How many warning are there? Divide that number by eight rounding up and multiply that by the number of accounts created and that would be the number of bytes in a standard database (padding necessary).
