I know this is the dumbest time ever to try and sell land, but... Who are the best to contact about getting land quotes? I have some really good land on sims that are open waterways, protected waterway roads etc, and they are already priced below the prices Ive seen around...but not at rock bottom tyvm lol. Im just curious who the best land buyers are to get in touch with that will give honest offers and not just say 4L per sqm to rip someone off. Anyone? Anyone have good dealings with someone specific that you could mention? Crud...is this a naming names post?!! IMs in world with info are welcome.  |

I have dealt with some of the major land resellers recently, they're not offering more than 5.5L/m2 ATM. So, you'd be better off to price your parcel just below the lowest price listed in Land Search if you must sell now.

Sarah Nerd will give you a fair and honest appraisal always.
Start a thread in classified touting your land. It's one of the few ways people find nice parcels that don't show up on the first three pages of search because of the higher asking price.
