The questions strongly imply that they've decided they have finally noticed that nobody's actually interested in just walking around a simulated Berlin. Questions about what kinds of content creation and sales tools they should allow, including custom avatars and scripting.

Twinity is a 3d environment with an emphasis on a tight relationship between the 3d model and a real place. They're starting with Berlin.
It's not so much a virtual world as an online extension of the real world. _____________________

Twinity has or is just about to have a virtual Singapore in addition to Berlin, and just got an additional 4.5 million Euros of funding.
