Tell if the region you are in, has been restarted yet from the rolling restarts?

Try and log into it, or TP there if you are already in world?

you can view the map and see if it says unavailiable means it's down for restart.

If you are wondering if you can tell there is another way to if the old search functions are used and the land parcels names are pushed forward( to show higher on adds) if the sim has been reset these will not be pushed over anymore.
example parcel name is _ _ _ _ _ _ blah normally
example after reset blah with no leading blanks or spaces
