It used to be that objects would end up at 0,0,0 in the sim corner when things got borked.

/me sighs

I moved a skybox just now, and a security ball and custom gift was next to a wall, when of coures that wall slipped over the sim edge...

I couldn't slide everything back, although ctrl-z moved the skybox and furnishings back, but the ball and gift are missing. Moreover, deeded to group, nothing shows up on "Owned by parcel owners", with beacons anywhere near, and there's nothing at 0,0,0 in the sim.

Any other ideas, suggestions, hope or just tears?

sit on something, slide over to where it should be, if it's not there, and it was group deeded,... I don't remeber if those get returned or just disappear

Ah, the crazy things I used to find underground when I owned 0,0,0 in a sim.

I believe that group-owned things that are non-tranferable just disappear - that's what the return message tells me, anyway.

Did you try 0,0,0 in both sims, the one you're in and the one for the sim your stuff slipped into?

Group-deeded objects that are transfer (for the group) will return to the inventory of the avie that deeded them to the group.

Group-deeded objects that are no-transfer (for the group) will go off to prim heaven.

Have you checked your lost and found folder? If your in busy mode, MAYBE check your trash.
