No TP, NO IMs, Inventory loss.. please help

My good friend is suffering from several cases of not being able to Teleport anywhere - then he couldnt get my IM's and was haviing a problem getting them from others as well - it owuld just say that so and so was typing..... then he just came down with the lost inventory - hes about ready to leave the game - and id just be so crushed... does anyone have any tips or information that would help us? His avie isnt new either it was created in aug 06.

Is he having a lot of packet loss? He might be having ISP issues between him and LL. SL has also been having intermittent problems the past few days, but it's been fine for me today. lost inventory items will often reappear after a relog, or after clearing the cache.

I also am having issues.. I think it is on LL side tho, not mine. Anytime I try to TP anywhere, I get the message saying the Sim I am on went down ( not true ) and before I know it, I am looking at my lovely desktop picture...needless to say.. this is getting REALLY annoying.

Relog is always a good thing to try, and clear cache as well, anything you can do to make the resource drain lower - then if there are still problems, drop in a support ticket.

hes just having all sorts - people drop stuff on him and he dont get it all the time..

it just sucks.
