What ever happened to Nerdy Sanchez? Anyone remember how this SIM used to be set up? It was a sandbox on the inside, and rental space all around. I loved that SIM, rented many times - just enjoyed the overall feel of the SIM. (now its just another boring urban shopping area)
Anyone know of an area that rents by the week/month in an urban setting that has good variety of plot sizes?
Seems like a lot of the good SIMs I used to visit are gone or have really changed (for the worse)

The City of Liome is fantastic, but you can't just rent land, iirc. You'd have to rent one of the apartments inside the city.

I should have mentioned urban grunge... there are lots of urban areas, but good ones like Nerdy Sanchez (used to be) seem to be disappearing.
