Events Posting error - "Z value not valid"

Hi all - I am trying to post an event in the SL Events listing, and the landmark that I'm using is at 2000 meters up in the sky.... I have tried experimenting by changing the "landing point" in the land info to under 999 (thinking that maybe the Z coordinates were limited to 3 digits), but with the same results. Does anyone else experience this kind of error? Or is there someone out there who knows if there is an actual height restriction for landmarks/landing points that can be used for Event Listings? Thank you! :)

As I recall I believe I read somewhere in the past when this problem was addressed, that event listings only work for locations below 700 meters, anybody else remember this or have more info?

There is an exact height limitation, the same as the old build height was, it is around 700 but I don't remember the exact height either.

I believe it's still restricted to 768 meters. Search on "Events" in this forum for a workaround.

Set your landmark for the parcel at ground level. Create your event then after creating it reset the landing point at the level you need and the event and entry point at XXXX meters will work

Thank you to all who replied. I did try setting the landing point to ground level and then resetting back to the 2000m height, but it did not work... I got the Z value error when I tried to update the listing location to the original height. Turns out that I had to change the height of my venue, at least for the time being until LL makes allowances for events at higher elevations. Thank you again for everyone's help!

I think Lord did not mean updating your event listing, but the land settings.

You create your event on ground level, but then, using land options, force people to land in the sky at your venue.

They will follow the landmark in your event listing but will be redirected to the landing point. Easy solution that is often used.
