I know that the more people AR one person for one thing or w/e, the faster LL will respond to that issue, as its a mass problem. But beyond that, do they respond to things faster based on the subject or anything? I know a lot of people say that they are really slow responding, but I put one in yesterday about a neighbour of my Mistress having slot machines and other gambling things... and I just checked the police blotter, there is someone who got a warning for gambling advertisements, in that sim (So I'm assuming that its the same person). So thats a rather speedy response to a single AR (They don't have visitors to their land yet, and my Mistress didn't even really know how to use ARs... so it was just me) (EDIT:: Two warnings, one for the slots, one for adverts)

So did they respond faster because it was gambling, or just a coincidence? And again.. what do they respond fastest to aside from multiple ARs?

daniel linden said they hired a group of people too respond to 'broadly offensive content' ARs, and that this special team was working extended hours! i believe they may even be staffed 24/7.
cant remember where i read that. i think in the blog a few months ago 'keeping sl safe together'.

In the case of something like this, something that could cause a whole heap of trouble for LL ... like gambling, like incitement to hatred ... that sort of thing.

The ones that get responded to fastest are ARs over Clear and legitimate Violations of TOS, or CS and/or where more than one additional Witness also adds an AR.

ARs over Trade Disputes of any type or description will not be responded to at all.

The strictures on gambling are pretty clear, and as such a single AR should do the job.

Angel.

also worth mentioning that if you are ARing an _object_ (rather than a person or an event) it pays to submit a fresh AR every few days. im talking about things like megaprim encroachment or spammy objects or laggy scripts and the like. AR them every few days and something will happen within a couple of weeks...
