Two easy questions

Hi! I have 2 questions for you guys- my first is:I can do voice chat. I was in a store and heard 2 people talking to each other, went to the active speaker list and muted them. So, if I IM someone and we do voice chat- can other people hear us too?? My second question is about the media stream buttons. My buttons show and I can play or pause media and such. I have a friend who doesn't have those buttons. Not even when we went somewhere and I could see the media- he didn't have any. How does he get his to appear so he can use them. Thanks for your time!

Don't know about voice chat.

He needs to enable media settings in his preferences, presently he as them set to don't show.

If you start a voice IM session, the only people who can hear you are those individuals in your IM session.

And like Dekka said...your friend may not have enabled media settings in his preferences...

Make sure your buddy also has Apple-Quicktime installed on his/her computer too. Media will not play with out it.
