I found shermerville blumfield and few others in the first continent.

It would be nice to know a top 10/20 sims with more Governor linden sqm owned.

On the map, you can see the sims that have the zigzag slash of Linden road or water, but it's never 25k in size. I don't know of any sims that have that much protected land...never heard of a mainland sim that had only 40k meters available to the buying public.

I found mare sim that have 27k sqm governor land tomorrow I will check others sims.

I think only first continent have sims like that isn't?

I know Nautilus and Corsica don't, but I can't vouch for any others...I didn't know the first continent had sims like that, so this is my learning for the day.

Ah - good point - if you can review mainland auctions (not sure if you can), you MIGHT be able to find sims with lots of Governor space. It would still be a lot of work though.

The site below has the sizes of all the sims auctioned off in the last year. The one with the most protected land and least amount of land for us end users was 58,720 meters.

Sims like Sistiana are double prim sims meaning that if you buy a 512 you'll get 234 prims instead of 117. It's rare and expensive. They can do that because over half the sim is Linden land.

I recently bought an investment property in Minoa, it borders on a huge Linden "forest" on the atoll continent, the "Rubi" region. Lindens have a built-up road and this forest (of linden one-prim weeds/grasses/treeses), totalling about 40960m, the rest is taken by residents.
