Any one know why,sl time on screen is given AM/PM,but in chat historyu it is 24 hour clock ?. Thank You.

The most common reason for this sort of inconsistency is that the tasks got assigned to two different programmers. Formatting time is such a common item that no one said "hey, let's take my time formatter and make it the official one for everyone to use". Or alternatively, "I know how to format time, I don't need to look in our huge library to see if we have a special way of doing it." Finally, the developers probably never said "Hmm. I ought to check to see how we're formatting time in other components."
Note that nothing above is specific to SL. You can find this sort of trivial inconsistency in many different products. It's bound to happen when you have a UI that's not only huge, but doesn't fit into any common UI model.
