I use this method for the reguular viewer but it doesn't work in windlight. Suggestion?

How To Turn off Your Avatar's Hand-Typing when you "speak" (without using a Typingkiller prim)
Do you hate it how your avatar does typing motions when you're supposed to be "speaking"?
Do you hate that typing noise?
1) Click on the "Client" pulldown (next to "Help", top left on screen).
If you can't see "Client" and "Server" pulldowns, ctrl-shift-alt-D
2) "Debug Settings"
3) In the textbox, type:
PlayTypingAnim
4) Set it to FALSE in the pulldown menu below.
5) Close it.

Apparently, the new release (both standard and Windlight) doesn't let you turn off the typing animation.
So if you're into BDSM roleplay, forget it. No longer can you tie someone down while they plead for release, because every time they say something, they sit up bolt upright with their arms waving around. I've always been puzzled about why LL assume that all their residents have Parkinson's Disease anyway. _____________________
