TP issues in SL

Here is the issue. I can not TP, walk, fly or see another region. Even if I am standing at the edge of a region all I see is water. If I walk or fly into the new region I lose control of the avatar and I am logged out. Just as if I try to TP. When I log back in I am in the new region, however.

I have done the following. Everything recomended by SL. I have also turned the firewall off. Cleared the cache, uninstalled and reloaded SL. turned the computer on and off. Tried conections wired and wireless. Tried older versions of SL.

Any other thoughts I am running widows Vista with and HP computer.

Wow. Something is phenomenally b0rked. Despite all you've tried, it still seems like it has to be network related. Do you have some kind of cable box or access router that you could power cycle? Failing that... unless somebody else has an idea, maybe try posting in Technical Talk, /111/1.html.
