I suddenly started getting strange color flares in my view, which seem to be related to scripts and/or items that do something. When I fly a sky bike, for example, or when other avies walk around, there is a trail of colored light transmitted from the avie or device.
Don't know why this started, or how to stop it....but it's very annoying. And apparently no one else sees it.

You've probably hit a key combination by mistake. Try "Control+Alt+Shift+U" - should clear it (unless it got changed in the voice update).

thank you. that seems to have done the trick.
What the heck was that, and what was that keystroke command you gave me?
Anyway, thanks for the quick reply. It's been driving me nuts all day.

I had the same thing a while back - there's a similar in here somewhere asking for help.
Some of the key combinations are interesting. There's one that 'hides' the land - useful for finding objects lost underground but fun to try anyway. From memory I think that one's "Control+Alt+Shift+5".

it tosses a particle cloud around anything moving U in this case stands for Updates.
it's a way of highlighting motion "updates".
