SL log in on Mac - popup ID broken (Emerald)

Is there a way to clear "remembered" log in IDs & passwords?

for some reason, selecting my name from the popup causes the fields to be filled incorrectly, and editting in them does not work right really.

Mac OSX 10.4.11, Emerald 1.23.5.950

Quit SL. Under your home folder, go to Library/Application Support/SecondLife/user_settings and trash saved_logins.xml. The list will be gone on your next login. Uncheck "Remember resident name" under the First Name: prompt if you don't want to deal with this feature in the future.

(The last avatar name you used may still appear, that's the regular SL feature showing through.)
