Hi all

I'm looking for landmarks to inworld representations of real places in England, Wales or Scotland. Is there an SL representation of Windsor palace? The Tower of London? Loch Ness? Please post 'em!

There is a St.Paul's Cathedral - quite well made. There are also Knightsbridge and Chelsea sims.

The Three Lions, Bourton is a British pub / club music and dance venue - I don't think it's modelled on any particular RL place, though.

I know it's not UK, but there is a nice virtual Dublin and if you wish to cross UK's only land border, virtual Belfast is not far away - in fact I think it's right next to Dublin!

There's a Leeds Metropolitan University sim too.

Again, not modelled on any particular places, there are 2 islands, Education Uk and Education UK2 which are dedicated to educational resources for UK based schools, colleges and Uni's.

Oh, St. Paul's! I hadn't thought to search for that. Thanks for the other ideas, too =)

Be sure to go by the Scotland sim, and its neghboring sim, Eilean Donan. They've built a great representation of dat castle.

There is a beautiful Wales sim - with mountain railway!!!

I am trying to 'Britishify' my own island, Tin Teddy, too. Think medieval village crossed with steam engines and Celtic castles, if you will.

Oh, and then just ignore the Egyptian temple in the South East corner *cough*

Try Glastonbury as well, Tor is small but perfectly formed :))
