Usually this number is around 50,000 or less at this hour? Has something changed? Influx of users since the word about bots being removed? Interesting

Maybe is 27,000 Linden bots zooming all over testing out the new controls. Or maybe is a whole bunch of new people coming to SL to check out the smexies they been reading about in the RL news lately. Hope its the second.

3 a.m. in YOUR time zone. ;)

Edited for more detailed information: May 1st is a public holiday in Germany. And the German user base is pretty strong.

Over here in Germany, it is already 12:45 pm. And a lot of Germans have this day off. That's what I meant. ;)

1st May is a Public Holiday in most of Europe actually. Oxymoronic isn't it: Labour Day is a holiday? :D

Pep (In the UK we get Star Wars Day instead)

PS In case you haven't worked it out, May the Fourth be with you.

I think it is broken or the bots are having a going away party for themselves.

It's broken - or intentionally frozen. The number hasn't changed since I got up a few hours ago. There's no way that the number is correct.

I also think it's stuck.I was wondering if perhaps they are hiding a big drop.
Its also a holiday here and a big day for us in Cornwall
Hobby horse day in Padstow.
I should be outside myself now not online.

But my dog has a Morris dancer phobia.
