My friend wants to join second life.when she tryed installing it onto her computer it gives her and error message saying need to log in as a administrator. What now? please help

What now? please help Sounds like she's trying to install on a Windows system that isn't hers. You need to log in as the Administrator on most Windows systems after Win98SE to install most types of software if the machine is set up properly.

have them right click the exe then choose Properties, then in compatability choose Run as admin, that should help if she is on a Vista system. However with the limited info you provide who knows?
