I recently added an alt acount for my partner only we can not get the avator to teleport ...we get a message "may hve to reboot " we do nothing changes ..i cannot find any help intech support...help if you can thanks

Log in your alt.
Go to Edit/Preferences/Network and click the "clear cache" box. Exit the window, and log off.
Relog.
