Whats the best way to promote an event in SL?

Hi I was wondering whats the best way to get an event noticed, what advice would you give me.

The event starts on the 27th and 28th of February, and continues till the end of March. The first two days of this event contain several attractions, singer, DJ and an auction.

Then 24 days in March will have one club a night, hold a small DJ or Singing event.

This event is to help promote The Association for International Cancer Research (AICR). Thanks for any tips/advice.

Hi Kristopher, I'd suggest considering the nature of the event you join the Forum Cartel group. From here you could send the owners a notecard with details and they would very likely put out a group notice if not actually letting you do it. Also, send me a copy of the notecard and I can forward to another group.
SL Universe has an events forum btw .. and a group?
