I am seeing a report from a person who has a group , who ejected a person from the group.
The ejected person is still able to post messages in the group chat, and apparently to read the group chat.
The group is not open join.
The avatar name appears in the group chat display like normal.
It's been several days since they were ejected from the group.
Anyone seen a bug along these lines, or heard of a hack that would enable this?
Any advice for the person with the group chat problem?

To my knowledge, the group chat bug currently allows anyone ejected from a group to still post in the group chat as long as they have the window open from prior to their ejection. If its been a few days, I'm assuming they've logged off and on again in that time period...I'd have to say this is a new one on me.

Ah, they could easily just have kept SL running.

its not a hack this has been around for ages. For some reason sl has it so that they can still read and access the group chat until that person logs off. I had this happen with me or well kinda reversed. I left a group and was still getting their messages and was able to talk into it. Also had the reverse happen where a guy was kicked and he said he could still read what we were saying no one knew until he piped up. He was polite about it lol but everyone changed the subject very quickly. He will be able to read the group chat and type into it until he logs off then it will stop happening had this happen a few times first time it was spooky after that it was like normal

whats annoying is that they've tried to fix this, and instead regular group members get "you do not have premissions to send chat to this group" or somesuch..... VERY annoying
