If you are the owner of a group, is there a way to remove a past notice or does it sit there in your group info for 30 days no matter what? Can you also delete or switch out an attached object from a past notice?

Unfortunately, no. However, be comforted that most people don't think to read old notices

You could always send out a group notice asking all members to please not review past notices, unless of course it is a notice that they did not notice except for those notices which have expired.

Well what is the more important the object you dropped on the notice or the group?
I think maybe new members don't see old notices so you could kick them all and invite back but you should try with an alt first ![]() |

Brilliant. ![]() For even more fun, try mentally making this announcement in your best John Cleese voice. |

The problem is I am directing people to the notices to take a sign to promote the SL Land Answers Unlimited group. Two of the signs are outdated/screwed up. The correct sign notice at least says "Take only this sign" but I just want to save people hassle and confusion.
As group owner, you should be able to delete and change attachments in past notices. Thanks for the helpful replies. You guys are not as bad as everyone says. _____________________
