Roberto Linden of Billing who sorted out a currency problem for me over the phone. I've done my share of moaning about LL, it's only fair I should throw bouquets as well as brickbats.

Have had positive experiences with Lindens thus far also. Response has also usually been quick.

I've also had very good experiences with LL for problems......especially where billing is concerned. Quick, professional and, every time, to my satisfaction.

They're almost over-eager when it comes to billing  . I use a very low limit card for online credit card transactions and sometimes it takes about a week to credit a payment so once or twice a month I'll try to buy L$, hit the limit and the transaction won't go through. Each time it happens after 2-3 minutes there will be a Linden IM'ing me asking if I need assistance because the charge declined  .
