I would like to get a gift for someone, but I don't know all that much about their interests.

What is a good gift I can get for someone that is sure to please most people?

I don't have a heck of a lot of money, so preferably something inexpensive.

Don't know about a gift that is sure to please most people, but sometimes in SL, the gift of giving your time to someone can be more precious than anything you can spend Lindens on. May be a walk through a favorite sim; may be a listening ear. Just some way to pay attention to someone to let him/her know that person is special and valued.

Hmmm....

It would help to know their gender...... but, I can at least say that in the past in SL, when people have given me gifts, just the very thought delighted me. It's not about the gift itself. But that's me....I'm always touched be people's thoughtfulness more then anything else.

If you're looking for something goofy and fun......maybe a personal fireworks show LOL I have one of those...it's way cool....ya wear it and it shoots all these pretty fireworks over your head. Great for 4th of July LOL. Um.....I don't know....there's all kinds of silly gadget things that might be fun to give as gifts. The type of things people don't buy for themselves, but always comment when others have em. (like the fireworks lol)

Or, you could go with a gift certificate to a cool shop....

Just remember too....not everything you buy is transferrable so you'll need to check the permissions on things before you decide to buy it as a gift.

A really nice picture of them. Preferably one taken when they didn't know...you can turn off the shutter sound in the Advanced menu, Quiet Snapshots to Disk.

Take them somewhere special in SL or two or three somewhere special/unusual places.

I can't help wonder why you have given us absolutely zero to work with, here.

Gift card to a store of their interest always works. If you are not sure what those are go shopping with them for a day. I tend to not like things chosen for me and prefer to choose my own - I'd rather have someone plan a special day for me, RL or SL: it shows thought and caring.
