I just had a look at that site, it requires you to have a camera, sure one could aim the camera at the screen and do it that way
however I too wonder if there is a way to record directly out of second life to a live broadcast on a webpage (in other words, without the use of a webcam pointed at the screen) _____________________

It was easy to stream, but for some reason I didn't capture audio - well, I spent about 30 seconds figuring out how to do it before then just streaming, so it would be amazing if it had been flawless. In any event you can use Ustream and manycam (both free).

I did some tests on Aditi and fixed my audio problem, so it's all very easily doable.
