several redmap crashes tonight, lots of packet loss earlier, though its cleared now so it might have been my isp. no trouble getting back in world though...

I could get back in - it took a few tries and seemed to favoured my home. However, I timed out after around 5 minutes, every time. The only comparable experience I have had is when I used to run Kerio firewall ... it would let me in then time me out if i re-enabled it. But this isn't firewall related unless there's been major changes.
I didn't even try today and normally I at least pick up messages in the morning.

hopefully it was just a temporary problem with your broadband. Try again today and if it is the same, you need to get your ISP to check the line. Who is this Cherry person?
